  • The minimum number of users that can be purchased is 5, this costs £39.75 for a 12 month subscription.
  • Additional users are charged at £1.95 each for 12 months.
  • Subscriptions for other lengths of time are charged pro rata.

This is a two stage process:

  • First, use the online price estimation tool to give you an accurate price in USD ($) and GBP (£) taking into account current exchange rates (don't forget to include students and teachers in 'Number of users')
  • Then click 'Buy Now' and enter the GBP (£) amount in the payment gateway

Please note that whilst the e-sales system is automated, checking your requirements and providing the correct code is done manually and may take up to two working days during busy periods.

Whilst the price is in GBP (£) initially please note that you can opt to pay in USD ($) in the final stages of the transaction.

Quote and Purchase Order

To purchase via PO (in USD ($) or GBP (£) ) please email and we will provide a quote for 4th Edition materials tied to the current exchange rate, this will be valid for 30 days. Your email should include the following information: 

  • Contact name and email address
  • School name and full address
  • Number of access codes required (5 minimum)
  • Duration: 6, 8, 10 or 12 months 

You should then obtain a purchase order using this quote. This can be paid for via bank transfer or check.
